Refund policy

We want you to feel good about what you’re purchasing from Pieces, so we do our best to photograph and describe each item clearly and accurately.

Vintage & Antique Items

All vintage and antique item sales are final and are not eligible for return.

These one-of-one pieces are sold with their visible and known unique characteristics documented in the listing descriptions and photographs.

If you have a question about an item before purchasing, you’re always welcome to contact us via the shop.

New Items

Eligible physical crafts made by us here at Pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Please contact us at pieces@vintagetextile.shop before sending anything back.

Once a return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an accepted return is received, we’ll issue the refund to the original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Statutory Return Rights

Where applicable law provides additional cancellation or return rights, those rights still apply.
